Bearbejdningstid: 1-3 hverdage
Leveringstid: 3-7 hverdage i Danmark, 5-14 hverdage internationalt
Leverance: Sendes direkte af DAPHNE ZYZ fra Danmark
Sporing: Sporingsoplysninger sendes via e-mail, når varen er afsendt
🖼️ Kunstringninger (Print-on-Demand)
Bearbejdningstid: 2-5 hverdage
Leveringstid: 5-10 hverdage i Europa, 7-21 hverdage internationalt
Leverance: Disse produkter printes og afsendes af vores pålidelige tredjeparts-printpartner fra deres facilitet
Kvalitet: Professionelt tryk på materialer af høj kvalitet
Sporing: Sporingsoplysninger gives, når varen afsendes fra vores printpartner
📦 Blandede Ordrer
Hvis du bestiller både originalt kunst og print, kan varerne ankomme separat, da de afsendes fra forskellige steder. Du modtager separate sporingsoplysninger for hver forsendelse.
🌍 International Levering
Told og Importgebyrer: Internationale kunder kan blive pålagt told, afgifter og importgebyrer pålagt af deres land. Disse omkostninger er ikke inkluderet i din ordretotal og er kundens eget ansvar.

• Print-on-demand varer afsendes fra vores printpartners facilitet (placering varierer efter produkt)

Bearbejdningstiden starter efter betalingsbekræftelse og inkluderer ikke leveringstiden. Hverdage er mandag til fredag, undtagen danske helligdage.

Original Artwork (Self-Fulfilled)

Mixed Orders
If you order both original artwork and prints, items may arrive separately as they ship from different locations. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
Customs & Import Fees: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Policy for Custom Handmade Jewelry
Please review the following information carefully, as the process for custom pieces like our Keepsake Jewelry is different from standard orders.
The Custom Order Journey: A Two-Part Process
- Sending Us Your Materials (Your Responsibility)
The creation of your custom piece begins once we receive your horse's hair. You are responsible for safely sending it to our studio. We offer two methods:
Ship via Parcel Shop (Pakkeshop): You can ship your hair to our designated parcel shop pick-up points (e.g., Kvickly Holte). The cost of this shipment is the customer's responsibility.
Studio Drop-Off (By Appointment): You may drop off your hair directly at our studio. This option requires a prior arranged appointment via email. Unscheduled drop-offs cannot be accepted.
Important Preparation Instructions: Please follow the specific hair preparation and packaging guidelines provided in your order confirmation email.Always include a piece of paper with your Order Number and Full Name inside the package. - Receiving Your Finished Jewelry (Our Responsibility)
Once your jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, we will ship it to you or arrange for pickup.
Standard Shipping: The cost of shipping the finished jewelry from our studio to you is covered by us. You will receive a tracking number once it's dispatched.
Studio Pickup (By Appointment): You may pick up your finished order from our studio. This option requires a prior arranged appointment via email. We will contact you when your order is ready to coordinate a pickup time.
Key Points to Remember:
- Production Timeline: Your production time (e.g., 2-3 weeks) begins only after we have received your horse's hair at our studio.
- We Are Not Liable for Your Shipment: We cannot be held responsible for hair that is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit to us. We highly recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
- Address Accuracy: For studio drop-off or pickup, the exact address will be provided in your order confirmation email and requires an appointment.
